Posties delivering ‘every other day’ because of staff shortages and Royal Mail focus on parcels

An anonymous postal worker has claimed some agency staff, employed by the Royal Mail to address a backlog of deliveries, are guilty of ‘doorstepping’ – leaving parcels on doorsteps – which for full-time workers is a ‘sackable offence’. Many parcels are going missing as a result. (Unsplash )
