Postman who threw away hundreds of letters and parcels because he was too weak to carry his bag fined £2,300

Postman Sandeep Singh, (pictured), 27, had lost more than three stone after breaking up with his girlfriend and found his Royal Mail bag too heavy to carry, Nottingham Magistrates' Court heard.
