Powdery Substance Found Inside FedEx Package At Orlando Business (WFTV 9 Orlando)

ORLANDO, Fla. — Investigators are looking into a powdery substance found inside a package at an Orlando business. The initially-called suspicious device was at a package shipping store on Mills Avenue. It turned out to be a FedEx box stuffed with powder in a plastic bag.
