Prince Andrew has been snapped while out riding as royal observers wait to see whether he will attend tomorrow’s Easter Sunday service.
The Duke of York enjoyed what looked to be a leisurely horse ride on the grounds of Windsor Castle today.
The Royal Family’s Easter celebration is one of the most important occasions on the calendar as it was said to be loved by the late Queen Elizabeth II.
The royals usually celebrate the holiday at Windsor Castle, attending a church service in St George’s Chapel on the Sunday before enjoying a lunch with one another.
However, with Netflix’s drama Scoop depicting the notorious interview between Andrew, 64, and Emily Maitlis airing on April 5, there is growing speculation as to whether he will make an appearance.

Andrew remains out in the cold after being forced to step back from frontline royal duties following controversy over his former friendship with the late US financier and serial paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
He did appear back in favour and smiling when leading the way as Royal Family members attended King Constantine’s memorial at Windsor on February 27.
On Thursday, King Charles decided to record a special audio message to be played at the annual Maundy Service.
Queen Camilla stood in for the King at the ancient ceremony in Worcester, marking the first time a consort has performed the duty on behalf of the monarch.
Maundy recipients and members of the public gave their well wishes to the King and the Princess of Wales as they met the Queen, who handed out ceremonial coins to people recognised for their community service in the traditional Easter service.
While her arrival was dampened by the shouts of Republic protestors, who had gathered outside the cathedral and loudly chanted ‘Down with the Crown’, the rest of the ceremony proceeded as planned.
This Easter is set to be very different for the royals following King Charles and the Princess of Wales’ shock cancer diagnoses.
Instead of a line-up of glamorous royals such as Zara and Mike Tindall, Kate and Prince William with their children, Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice, the Duchess of Edinburgh and Lady Sarah Chatto, the occasion will be ‘smaller than usual’.
The King – making his most significant public appearance since he was diagnosed with cancer – will attend the church service on Easter Sunday alongside Queen Camilla, 76, and other members of the royal family.

Netflix’s Scoop, which stars Rufus Sewell as the Duke of York and Gillian Anderson as Emily Maitlis, is being released by Netflix next Friday after its premiere in Mayfair.
It is another headache for the King and Prince William at a time when the monarch and the Princess of Wales are both fighting cancer.
It will also bring Andrew’s toe-curling interview to a new audience of millions around the world, who will see how he failed to apologise for his friendship with paedophile Jeffrey Epstein and gave bizarre alibis to sex allegations made by Virginia Giuffre.
As well his extraordinary answers on camera, Scoop also shows the notorious moment the Queen’s second son declared ‘that went well, didn’t it’ afterwards, how he joked about meeting with Epstein in New York and even gave Emily Maitlis a tour of Buckingham Palace while jovially pointing out its most priceless artworks.
