Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been praised by fans for posting a ‘kind’ video message they received from a Nepali organisation they chose to support as a part of their Forces For Change month.

In a caption posted on the Royal Sussex Instagram account, the Duke, 34, and Duchess, 38 explained they are keen to ‘shine a light’ on Blink Now – whose mission is to ‘change the world by empowering Nepal’s children.’

The royals go on to explain that the organisation provides a loving home for ‘over 40 children, a school for 350 young students, a safe house for 10 of their most at-risk female students, a new school campus made from the earth and many more incredible initiatives.’

In the video, members of the organisation thank the royals for their support, before taking them on a tour of Kopila Valley. 

‘So much love in a 59 second video,’ wrote one social media user. ‘Warms my heart. You are my force for duke and duchess,’ while another penned: ‘Fantastic! I relate to the things that seem to touch your heart. Thank you for sharing this!’

In a caption posted alongside the video, the royals explained the organisation’s vision to their 9.4M followers.

‘Their mission is to change the world by empowering Nepal’s children,’ they wrote. ‘They do this by providing quality education, a safe environment and through inspiring others, but almost more importantly, they do this by believing in community first.’

‘They believe that if given the proper tools and initiatives, people and communities anywhere in the world can raise themselves out of poverty.’

The Duke and Duchess signed off their post by discussing ways in which others could ‘get involved, create something, and build and brighter future for the children and women on Kopila Valley.’

In the heartwarming video, the organisation first show the royals around Kopila Valley Children’s Home, which they describe as a ‘loving home that keeps over 40 children healthy, safe and cared for.’

‘We have the best dance parties and pizza nights,’ they say. 

Next up is a look at Kopila Valley School, the greenest school in Nepal, where over 400 children study every day completely for free. It was built from rammed earth and is powered by solar energy.

The tour then leads to Kopila Vallen Women’s Center, where over 200 woman have participated in vocational training and empowerment workshops.

They go onto explain that ‘when women are empowered, the entire community is uplifted.’

At the end of the heartwarming video, members of Blink Now thank Prince Harry and Meghan again for their ‘recognition’ and for sharing with the world why Kopila Valley is a ‘magical and wonderful place.’

And social media users took to the comments section to thank the Duke and Duchess for sharing the post.

‘Thanks for all the organisations you have brought the spotlight to,’ enthused one, while another dubbed it: ‘Beautiful and inspirational.’ 

A third wrote: ‘Wow this is so great @sussexroyal. You and @blinknoworg both make a difference!’ while a fourth added: ‘I can’t stop watching this. Thank you so much for highlighting @blinknoworg. This is so wonderful.’
