Prince William’s wedding day whisper to Kate Middleton confirmed by lip reader

Prince William and Kate Middleton have now been married for over a decade. In that time they have welcomed three beautiful children into the world and settled happily into married life.

However, we can’t help but reminisce over that special wedding day where the now Duchess of Cambridge walked elegantly down the aisle in an Alexander McQueen wedding dress. Prince William looked on with love in his eyes as he watched his bride make her way to the alter around eight years after their relationship began.

Understandably, he looked a little nervous, but as soon as he saw Kate enter the Abbey, alongside his father-in-law Michael Middleton, his anxiety turned to a huge grin. When she arrived at the altar, Prince William could be seen uttering a few words to his wife, before turning to her father and telling him something with a huge grin on his face.

Professional lip reader Tina Lannin, who was born deaf, has since revealed what the Duke said to the Duchess, as well as a cheeky joke made to his new in-law as reported by The Mirror.

William is said to have told Kate: “You look lovely. You look beautiful,” before turning to Michael, seemingly unfazed by the huge fanfare of the event. “We’re supposed to have just a small family affair,” he said, CBS News reports.

After the ceremony, William and Kate made their way out of the abbey, before going on a carriage ride to greet well-wishers. During the ride, William said: “I hope I remember… It’s mad, it’s mad! Oh my goodness it … really loudly here,” with Kate later adding: “You look happy.”

The newlyweds then famously headed to Buckingham Palace’s balcony to wave to crowds, while joined by the rest of the royal family and the Middletons. When Kate walked onto the balcony she said “Oh wow.”

Wills turned to her and asked: “Alright? You’ll be okay?” and she replied “yes.”
