Celebrity nutritionist Gabriela Peacock has shared a close friendship with Princess Beatrice for many years – and this bond has only deepened as both navigate the joys of pregnancy.
The pair are godmothers to each other’s daughters, and they recently both relocated to the Cotswolds, enabling them to spend more time together.
‘It’s been truly wonderful to share this journey with someone so close,’ Gabriela says, speaking exclusively to MailOnline. ‘Going through pregnancy alongside a dear friend like Bea has been incredibly comforting, especially as we navigate similar experiences.
‘I love that Bea has started spending more time in the countryside too – and now she’s just a short drive away, making it even easier for us to connect and support each other at every step!’
Gabriela, who is expecting her fourth child with her financier husband, David, is set to welcome their new addition early next year.
The couple already share three children: Mai, 13, and seven-year-old twins Iris and Caspar. Beatrice is godmother to Iris, while Gabriela is godmother to Beatrice’s three-year-old daughter, Sienna.
Gabriela tells MailOnline: ‘Being godmothers to each other’s daughters has brought a unique depth to our friendship. It’s a bond that feels more like family, with a shared sense of love and support for one another’s children.

‘This role has strengthened our connection and created a lasting foundation of trust and care that I know will only continue to grow over the years.’
David and Gabriela, who is originally from the Czech Republic, recently left behind the bustle of Notting Hill for the idyllic charm of the Cotswolds.
Their new home, a stunning 17th-century manor house, offers their children the freedom to roam vast grounds, surrounded by nature and even their own chickens.
Gabriela values this wholesome countryside lifestyle for its ability to provide a serene environment for her family to thrive. These priorities are shared with Beatrice, who prioritises her health and well-being.
‘We’re always chatting about different tips and tricks for health and wellness, and it’s such a joy to have someone who shares those same interests so deeply,’ the nutritionist explains.
Beatrice frequently turns to Gabriela for nutritional advice, especially as she and her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, prepare to welcome their second child together in spring.
‘We share advice naturally, especially when it comes to nutrition and parenting. Having a friend who understands the importance of wellness as much as I do is really special!’ Gabriela says.

Gabriela, who is gearing up to launch a new line of multi-nutrient products designed to support pregnancy, highlights the importance of following a healthy diet.
‘I try and maintain a balanced diet rich in whole foods, with plenty of leafy greens, lean proteins and healthy fats, is key during pregnancy. I always recommend including a high-quality prenatal vitamin and ensuring omega-3 fatty acids, which support both maternal health and the baby’s brain development.’
Meanwhile, those who suffer from morning sickness – like Kate Middleton – should try incorporating ginger and peppermint teas into their routine.
Gabriela explains: ‘Small, frequent meals can be helpful, especially with foods high in protein or complex carbs. Ginger and peppermint teas can ease nausea, and staying hydrated is essential – often, sipping on water or herbal teas throughout the day makes a big difference.’
As she prepares to expand her family and launch her latest product line, Gabriela reflects on the importance of slowing down and savoring life’s simple joys -something her countryside lifestyle has made easier to embrace.
