ProPay has extended its online payment service to all eBay PowerSellers. Previously it was limited to use by Silver PowerSellers and higher. ProPay’s eAuction Account allows eBay PowerSellers to accept all four major credit cards. Fees vary according to powerseller status – Bronze-level eBay PowerSellers will pay 3.1 percent and a 30-cent fee per transaction.
