Proposal would expand food stamps eligibility in D.C. (WTOP Radio Washington, DC)

WASHINGTON (AP) – D.C. Council member Michael Brown says more city residents could receive food stamps or receive more food stamps under legislation that would let the city take advantage of two federal programs.
