PTI gets $6.5M for second taxiway (BizJournals)

Piedmont Triad International Airport is getting a $6.5 million grant from the federal government to move ahead with construction on a second taxiway, a key part of a larger project to accommodate cargo plans at the new FedEx hub, airport officials said.
