An annual list of the most expensive streets to buy on in the UK, compiled using postcodes supplied by Royal Mail in conjunction with Land Registry, has been released by Lloyds Bank.
The top 10 most expensive streets in the UK are all based in London.
Knightsbridge was found to be the most expensive with an average house price of a whopping £21.4 million.

Amanda Bryden, head of mortgages, Lloyds said: “London’s dominance in the list of priciest streets underscores the city’s continued appeal and the resulting competitiveness at the very top end of the property market.
“However, at £21.4 million to buy a home, even those with the deepest pockets might baulk at the price.
“The cost of securing a prestigious address does vary across the country.
“For instance, living on the most expensive street in Wales means paying around £1.3 million, although still a significant amount.”

Outside of London, the most expensive streets in the UK, according to Lloyds Bank, are:

- East Midlands – Croft Road, Nottingham (£1.62m)

The North Wales street among the UK’s most expensive
Benar Headland in Abersoch, Pwllheli was revealed as the most expensive street in Wales, and among the most expensive in the UK, with an average house price of £1.34 million.

While it is the most expensive in Wales, it is towards the bottom end of the UK-wide list.
Twyncyn in Dinas Powys (£1,18m) and Llandennis Avenue in Cardiff (£1,13m) were the second and third most expensive streets in Wales, respectively, behind Benar Headland.
