Queen Letizia of Spain is known for recycling favourite pieces and she’s so fond of one patterned blue dress that she waited just a few weeks to give it a second outing.
The monarch, 46, stunned in a blue, white and orange patterned midi by Sandro today, as she attended the fifth edition of Discapnet awards in Madrid, Spain.
Letizia completed her outfit with a thin blue belt worn around her waist to cinch in her petite frame.
Former journalist Letizia was in attendance to hand out prizes recognising initiatives in the Information and Communication Technologies field to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities, and organisations working to improve access to technology.

The 46-year-old accessorised the ensemble with a pair of blue heeled shoes, a skinny blue belt and matching clutch bag to coordinate her look from head to toe
The wife of King Felipe sported subtle hoop earrings, and accessorised with a blue clutch bag and court heels to match with her ensemble for the outing.
Letizia opted for natural make-up for the occasion, as she wore a nude lipstick, earthy eyeshadow tones and a slick of mascara.
She let her brunette tresses tumble around her shoulders, styled in a side parting.

Just last month she slipped into the same dress at Proyectos Sociales De Banco Santander awards.
It’s been a busy week for the royal, who attended the Royal Order Of The Garter service with her husband King Felipe on a visit to the UK earlier this week.
His honorary title as ‘Stranger’, Knight of the Garter, was made official in a service also attended by King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands and the Prince of Wales.
Felipe was appointed by the Queen during his July 2017 State Visit
And on Wednesday, she made a rare public appearance with their daughters as they celebrated five years of King Felipe’s reign.

Letizia is the eldest daughter of Jesús José Ortiz Álvarez, a journalist, and María de la Paloma Rocasolano Rodríguez, a nurse and hospital union representative.
She attended public high school and did a degree at the Complutense University of Madrid. She later gained an MA in Audiovisual Journalism at the Institute for Studies in Audiovisual Journalism.
King Juan Carlos abdicated in 2014 in favour of his son, now King Felipe VI.
