QuMind Brings In Beale as Non-Exec Chair
January 27 2025
In London, customer insights platform QuMind has appointed Crispin Beale as Non-Executive Chairman of its Board. The firm says his expertise from both client and agency perspectives will help to accelerate its global expansion plans.
The company was known as Tpoll for sixteen years following its launch in 1999, then became MindMover, and in 2021 changed its name to match that of its fast-growing self-serve MR platform QuMind. Today the platform connects users with more than 140 million customers worldwide, promising senior leaders help in delivering ‘real business impact’.
During a high-profile MR career, Beale (pictured) has led client side insight teams at Dixons Stores Group, BT and Royal Mail, and served as Group CEO of Chime Insight & Engagement Group. He is currently Group President at shopper insight specialist Behaviorally, and serves as the CEO of the Insight250 awards programme. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW), as well as the MRS of which he was Chairman during a seventeen-year spell on the Board.
QuMind CEO Mark Ursell comments: ‘I am really excited to welcome Crispin to the QuMind family. His wealth of knowledge and experience from both the client and agency sides will help us reach our long-term goals and aspirations. Crispin’s appointment will strengthen our world-class platform and services, driving us to the next stage of our growth journey’.
