The summer sky was blue, with not a cloud or raindrop in sight, when 60 volunteers planted three rain gardens on the lawn in front of the Moon municipal building and behind the Moon police and fire department building. The front of the purple T-shirts identified them as employees of FedEx Ground, which is headquartered in Moon.
