Rain, Protesters to Compete With Royal Wedding

LONDON — Through all of the jubilation over the royal wedding, two main things threaten to derail the festivities: rain and a terrorist attack. Both are clearly unwanted by the royal family and spectators, but the rain is the clear favorite over the two.
