LANDOVER, Md. — The St. Louis Rams got two field goals from Josh Brown to take a 16-7 lead over the Washington Redskins after three quarters in their game here at FedEx Field today. Brown was good from 25 and 44 yards after Rams drives stalled. Redskins offensive tackle Chris Samuels, who left the game with a knee injury in the second quarter, returned to action in the third quarter.
