Titanic and its Global Significance

“Titanic” is not only a film for some. Many people looked into investigating the global event that sank a massive cruise ship meant to travel to America from its treacherous voyage via the Atlantic Ocean. The crew’s route and expedition were meticulously planned, but its passing over the Nantucket Shoals made it encounter a 100,000-year-old iceberg that sank the ship.

Being a cruise ship, the Titanic had many items on its boat when it sank in the early 1910s. Several luxurious items from the elite and some working-class people, including its crew. Divers and teams investigating its sinking recovered many things from the bottom of the ocean and the shipwreck, including a lunch menu that the researchers recovered.

The historic trip that started from Southampton, England, and started its maiden voyage on a daring cruise via the Atlantic made history when it first made its way to securing travelers to America. Now, the world is remembering the Titanic 110 years after it sank and collided with the iceberg on April 14, with April 15 being the day it completely split in half and fell.
