eBay is launching a communication hub next month within My eBay where sellers manage communications with buyers, and it is discontinuing the customizable emails sellers are currently allowed to send buyers through Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro. eBay included the news in the Spring Seller Update changes announced in mid-March.
