Renowned Illustrator Loses a Round in Battle Over Future of Lakeville Post Office

SALISBURY—The U.S. Postal Regulatory Commission has denied the appeal filed by Etienne Delessert and and his wife, Rita Marshall, of Lakeville, disputing the Postal Service’s decision to consolidate facilities and make the Lakeville Post Office a branch of the nearby Salisbury Post Office.
