THORNBURY — A resident-drawn petition is asking for U.S. Rep. Joseph Sestak to halt his efforts to name the Cheyney Post Office after the late Capt. Luther H. Smith, arguing the renowned Tuskegee Airman and longtime Radnor resident should be honored in his own hometown.
