Richmond post office opens on time after early morning fire (Palladium-Item)

U.S Postal Service officials evacuated the Richmond post office around 6:45 a.m. today when a ceiling fan motor in a bathroom shorted out, caught the fan shroud on fire and filled the bathroom with smoke.
