The two new appointments solidify RLB’s success in its first quarter of opening its new office in May, which has seen the team, work for clients including Tesco, Boots, Coop, Royal Mail and Mitie amongst others.

New projects secured also include the management of the refurbishment scheme at Category A listed building St Peters Church in Morningside as well as various public and private sector frameworks. RLB are also providing Project Management and other multi-discipline services for their client James Keiller Estates in the development of a new retail park in Banchory, Aberdeenshire.

Martin McConnell, RLB partner, said: “The addition of Shaun and Vikki to our team is a strategic step in our regional expansion. Their expertise will enhance our capabilities in building surveying and build asset consultancy. This growth reflects the increased demand from clients seeking to optimise their property portfolios.”
