Robbery attempt on Post Office doesn’t make delivery

Stuttgart, Ark. — Troy House, 51, of Hazen was arrested for aggravated robbery and criminal attempt to commit theft Saturday after allegedly trying to rob the Stuttgart Post Office, located at 304 W. Michigan St., at knifepoint.
