Rochester Man Charged with Selling Counterfeit Stamps in Buffalo

A Rochester man is accused of selling counterfeit stamps at small grocery stores in Buffalo. Alcides Marcelino has been charged in U.S. District Court in Buffalo with three counts of possession and sale of counterfeit postage stamps.
