Route 16 at Barrigada post office gets final paving today
The contractor will lay the final course of pavement on Route 16 at the intersection of the John Pangelinan Gerber Post Office Building, formerly known as the Guam Main Facility Post Office, and Guam Army National Guard Readiness Center in Barrigada.
