Royal Chef heads up Nossa in Market Harborough

The Three Musketeers ready to welcome you to their new restaurant

Nossa, which opens its doors on Friday, December 3rd, will offer lovers of fine dining the very best of locally sourced seasonal ingredients and staff expertise, to ensure a night out like no other, in a modern and contemporary setting.

The ‘Three Musketeers’ behind the new venture are chef to the Royals Karsten Gottschalk, his ‘Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester’ trained son Nathan Gottschalk and food and wine entrepreneur Sunil Poduval, who between them are bringing flavours, personality and style to the town.

The perfect pairing with your meal

The name Nossa comes from the Portuguese, and has several meanings, including Our, Ours and Wow! Here’s how you can make it yours, thanks to the new team offering a flavour of something never served before in the area.

Nossa will also have an ‘exclusive’ outdoor, covered, heated champagne bar on the first floor which will be available for private events as well as special parties.

Nossa is now open for private bookings, events, work parties as well as Christmas

Mouth-watering food fit for a king

Meet the ‘Three Musketeers’

Topping the bill at this new restaurant are the chefs themselves.

Karsten Gottschalk is nothing short of a culinary genius and is now bringing his incredible experience and talent to your table. He’s had extensive experience working in five star hotels, and for the royal family of Abu Dhabi, for Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed, and as a private chef for some of the most discerning clients in the world including ‘heads of state’, dignitaries, stars and VVIPs.

His son Nathan, who also has five star and cruise ship experience, learned his craft under the hugely talented Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester, and has a passion for innovation in food and flavours.

The finest food to delight in Market Harborough

Sunil Poduval brings in food and wine expertise in the form of natural, organic, biodynamic wines and spirits that are exclusive to Good Earth. He brings in a ‘Eco Responsible’ ethos to fine dining. Reduce, Recycle, Reuse is not just a mantra. It is a way of life. Once a computer scientist, he now specialises in the finer things of life, to suit food connoisseurs.

What food can you expect?

Nossa may be a new name in town, but it comes from great credentials, as its sister company, Good EarthCorporation Ltd , imports some of the finest food and wines from around the world into the UK. All of these wines are exclusive to Good Earth and sold to Michelin starred restaurants and fine dining establishments – you’ll definitely not find them on supermarket shelves – and Nossa will be an exclusive local stockist. All wines and cocktails will be perfectly paired to complement your meal.

The food itself will be offering tastes and flavours which are unheard of in the region …there’s even Nossa’s exclusive organic pasta range, Sgambaro, which is normally supplied to Michelin star restaurants in Italy, the 7 Michelin Star Italian Chef Bruno Barberi, judge of Masterchef Italia uses them in all his cooking, but will now be available in Market Harborough.
