Royal Mail have announced that they are looking for postmen to work in Essex this Christmas.
When December comes, sorting offices around the county become overloaded with the extra post as the public send Christmas cards and order gifts from online shops.
To meet this demand, they need to hire temporary employees to meet demand.
These roles are perfect for students looking for an extra bit of cash over the winter or anyone who has a bit of free time coming up.
There are a selection of roles available, including both day and night shifts.
The company say that to be their perfect worker, you must be flexible, adaptable and passionate.

What will I be doing?
The position being advertised is for a ‘Christmas Processing Post Person’, who are temporary employees to help with the extra workload over Christmas.
The role is based at the Chelmsford Mail Centre near to the Boreham Interchange and the A12.
There are three different kinds of shift available, including 6am-2pm (early), 2pm-10pm (late) or 10pm-6am (nights).
Workers will be expected to unload post and pacels from vans, move them around the warehouses and sort them to make sure they get to their correct destination.
How much could I earn?
Royal Mail are paying £10.50 an hour for anyone who joins the company doing day shifts.
If you decide to do night shifts, the pay is increased to £12.46 an hour, although anyone under the age of 18 is not allowed to work night shifts.

- Pushing trolleys (up to 250kgs) and standing for long periods is comfortable for you
