Royal Mail boss says Government pay policies are "hopelessly broken"

THE boss of Royal Mail has attacked the Government's pay-setting efforts as "hopelessly broken" and "highly politicised" in an unguarded outburst to a member of the public who complained about her £250,000 housing allowance.
