Royal Mail has suspended delivery in parts of Plymouth this morning due to the high wind speeds in the city.
There is currently an amber weather warning in place in Plymouth due to Storm Eunice, but there is a rare red weather warning active across parts of Devon and Cornwall. Follow live updates on the damage and traffic here.
It is understood the West Park Royal Mail delivery office has stopped workers leaving the office this morning, for their own safety. It is unknown if deliveries will continue this afternoon.

It is also unclear if other delivery offices, including Plymstock, Plympton and Ivybridge, have suspended deliveries.
Royal Mail has been contacted for more details.
The high winds have caused trees to fall, including on Delamere Road and on the A38 at Liskeard, which has resulted in power lines falling.
The Tamar Bridge is also closed to high-sided vehicles, with restrictions in place on the middle lane in fear of vehicles blowing into adjacent traffic.
We are awaiting an update from Royal Mail.
