Royal Mail confirms delivery issues in Banstead

Royal Mail is a business that provides postal and delivery services six days a week to homes across the United Kingdom.

In a small number of local offices, this may temporarily not be possible due to local issues such as high levels of sick absence, resourcing, or other local factors.

The Royal Mail website states that customers living in Banstead, with the postcode SM7 could be impacted by this today (September 30).

In these cases, Royal Mail rotates deliveries to minimise the delay to individual customers.

The British postal service is providing targeted support to the Banstead to address their challenges and restore their service to the high standard.

Other areas of the UK which are impacted by current issues include: Heathfield Delivery Office (TN21) and Sunbury-On-Thames Delivery Office (TW16).
