The proposed new address is Premier, 1B Aldermaston Road, Tadley, RG26 4QA, where it would continue to operate as one of the local-style Post Office branches.
The decision to relocate the branch comes in the wake of the resignation of the current postmaster.
The Mulfords Hill post office is scheduled to close on Thursday, November 2.
However, Royal Mail confirmed that a new operator has been appointed, who has identified an alternative location to continue providing the Mulfords Hill Post Office services.

Royal Mail emphasises that its top priority is to safeguard postal services in the locality for the long term.
The proposed relocation is seen as a strategic move that would enable them to maintain a vital Post Office service for the Tadley community.
While the decision to continue the Post Office service in the area came as great news for the residents, some of them expressed concerns about the plan to move it to the top end of Tadley, fearing the safety of both drivers and pedestrians.
Tadley councillor Jo Slimin said: “It’s great news that we’re not going to lose the post office. But it’s not particularly convenient to move it.
“Because crossing the road by the traffic lights is quite an issue. Even with the new Lidl, it is difficult just getting across that junction until somebody makes it properly pedestrianised. So people will have to walk farther, and it will be more difficult.
“But at least we’re keeping it. It is good news, but it’s also sort of bad news and very much regret because the post office has been where it was as long as I remember.”

Royal Mail is initiating a local public consultation and is actively seeking the views of the community to help inform its plans.
The consultation survey includes specific questions covering various aspects of the relocation, such as accessibility to the new location, ease of entry, the interior of the proposed premises, and other general feedback related to the proposal.
Residents and stakeholders are encouraged to participate in the survey to express their opinions on this important matter.
