Royal Mail delivery delays – CR5, SE22, SE24, E18

Areas affected include Coulsdon (CR5), East Dulwich (SE22), Herne Hill (SE24), and South Woodford (E18), where deliveries may be delayed due to high levels of staff sickness and resourcing issues.

Royal Mail said: “We aim to deliver to all addresses we have mail for, six days a week.

“In a small number of local offices, this may temporarily not be possible due to local issues such as high levels of sick absence, resourcing, or other local factors.”

Royal Mail is rotating deliveries in the affected areas to minimise delays for individual customers and has apologised for the inconvenience.

Customers with a ‘Something for You’ card are advised to visit the Royal Mail website for up-to-date information on Customer Service point locations and opening hours.
