The commercial building, set on 0.19 acres, currently operates as the Royal Mail Amesbury Delivery Office and will remain occupied until 2027.

Mr Rocks said: “We are not privy to any plans the new owner may or may not have for the property.”

The site includes a sorting office, delivery office, yard and car park.

The sale was one of 167 lots listed across southern England in Clive Emson’s December auction, which concluded on Thursday, December 11.

Clive Emson Auctioneers’ first online auction of 2026 is set to close on Wednesday, February 11, with bidding open 48 hours prior.

Entries for this auction will close on Friday, January 16, and the full catalogue will be available from Wednesday, January 21.
