The service stated that due to “local issues” such as high sick leave and resourcing challenges, deliveries to the SW17 postcode might be temporarily affected today (February 11).
A spokesperson for Royal Mail said: “We will rotate deliveries to minimise the delay to individual customers.”
They assured residents that targeted support is being provided to restore the service to normal levels.
Customers with a ‘Something for You’ card can check royalmail.com/services-near-you for collection details.
The company will continue to update on impacted areas.
