Royal Mail First Class Xmas last posting date: Why you should sent your post right now

Royal Mail’s last posting dates UK

Time is running out to post 1st Class in time for the big day with the cut-off date just one day away.

1st Class post

Tuesday, December 21 is your last chance to post first class to any UK address.

To avoid missing the postage deadline, head down to your local post office or make your way to a priority post box early tomorrow morning to secure your delivery.

The 1st Class postal service aims to deliver by the next working day and could cost you as little as 85p for small letters up to 100g.

According to Royal Mail, every 1st Class item is covered against loss or damage up to £20 or the value of the item, whichever is lower.
