Royal Mail Group Health and Wellbeing Programme (Business in the Community)

Royal Mail’s objective is to reduce absenteeism and engage with and support all employees. Despite their already low absence levels of under 5% this equates to £200million per year meaning there is a real business need to reduce this cost and ensure that it does not rise.
