Royal Mail is making major change to how you send and return parcels in Post Office stores across UK

ROYAL Mail is rolling out a major shake-up to parcel deliveries across all Post Office stores, promising customers faster and more flexible options.

The six-month trial will roll out across the UK and is designed to make parcel services more convenient for shoppers, even outside traditional opening hours.

As part of the trial, round-the-clock parcel lockers will be installed outside selected Post Office branches, allowing customers to send, collect and return parcels 24/7, even when stores are closed.

The move is part of Royal Mail’s wider plan to offer more choice and flexibility for parcel deliveries and returns, while keeping existing services in place.
