Royal Mail letter and parcel thief from Lewisham fined in court

Abdullahi Rage admitted to stealing letters and parcels from the postal company on May 4 at Catford Bridge in Doggett Road.

The 31-year-old was fined £199 for the offence during a hearing at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on May 6.

This includes a fine of £80, a surcharge to fund victim services of £34 and £85 in CPS costs.

Rage, of Queens Road in Lewisham, must pay £20 per month starting on June 3.
