Royal Mail looks for 330 Christmas staff at Greenford centre

Temporary posts across a variety of shifts will be available from late October through to early January.

The period includes Black Friday and Cyber Monday but will be at its peak in December.

The firm says no previous experience is required. Contracts will run from late October through to the start of January.

It’s Royal Mail’s busiest period, with around double the normal number of parcels and stamped letters.

The group has increased its fleet with an additional 6,800 vehicles, while space the equivalent of 16 football pitches has been created across five parcel sort centres, including Greenford.
