Photos of the England Men’s and Women’s cricket teams are being printed onto stamps to celebrate their victories in the world cup finals.
Royal Mail are releasing eight new stamps following England’s remarkable defeat against New Zealand at Lord’s last month.
The team won the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup for the first time ever on July 14.
The win made it the first time in history that both the England sides have been world champions at the same time.
In 2017, England’s women’s team brought home a World Cup after beating India, also at Lord’s.
They beat India by nine runs in front of a sell-out 26,500 crowd, the second biggest in Women’s World Cup history.
The stamps will be printed on two miniature sheets depicting the teams celebrating and holding their trophies.
They will cost just £4.60 and will be available from September 26.
Royal Mail also decorated some of its post boxes in white with a stylised gold cricket bat, ball and stumps at each of the grounds that played host to the two tournaments.
