Royal Mail plc Proposes Final Dividend for the Fiscal Year 2021-22, Payable on September 6, 2022

Royal Mail plc announced that The Board is proposing a final dividend of 13.3 pence per share. Combined with the interim dividend of 6.7 pence per share paid in January 2022, this gives an ordinary dividend for Fiscal Year 2021-22 of 20 pence per share, and is in line with sustainable progressive dividend policy. This dividend will be paid on 6 September 2022 to shareholders on the register as at 29 July 2022, subject to approval at the 2022 AGM.
