Everybody loves a deadline and Royal Mail have just issued the most important of 2019 – the final posting dates for Christmas.
It happens every year, and every year we leave it to the last minute to send those cards, letters and parcels.
But if you want to get them there in time for the big day you best get a move on reports HullLive.
Royal Mail has urged customers not to hang around and risk those important packages getting caught up in a last minute Christmas rush.
So don’t say you haven’t been warned, plan ahead and save yourself a little stress heading into the festive season.
Here is a list of the final dates to send post:
- For 2nd Class and 2nd Class Signed for, the deadline is Wednesday 18 December
- For 1st Class and 1st Class Signed For and Royal Mail Tracked 48, the deadline is Friday 20 December
- For Royal Mail Tracked 24, the deadline is Saturday 21 December
- For Special Delivery Guaranteed, the deadline is Monday 23 December
Customers should note that Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 services are not available to purchase at Post Office branches.
