Residents across Bristol are saying they are experiencing postal delays.
Royal Mail said it has experienced delays in some parts of the city due to high levels of sickness absence and Covid related self-isolation.
The postal service has apologised to customers for any inconvenience experienced and said it has been working hard to get levels of service back to normal as soon as possible.

A Southmead claimed she hadn’t received any letters come through since December 30.
She said she is waiting for a hospital appointment letter and insurance documents, adding: “We are sure there must be other people waiting to receive a date for hospital appointments, which they could miss because they have not had the letter.”
A Cotham resident said that, until Friday, she hadn’t had any post since new year.
She said: “On Friday I finally had some delivered, but I know it’s not all of it as I’m expecting a wedding invite which was posted first class January 5!
“My neighbours have also said they are missing packages from before Christmas too
“It’s a very frustrating situation, I could be missing important pieces of post and not have a clue.”

One resident took to social media to express her concerns.
She said: “Royal Mail seem to have gone completely to ground in Bristol.
“Haven’t seen a postie in days and likewise parcels seem to have got stuck somewhere.”
And another one said: “My post has also been very patchy in Bristol. I had cards posted first class on December 16 and 17 arrive January 4 and 5.
“Having said that I ordered a pack of LFTs yesterday and they have just arrived by Royal Mail.”
