Royal Mail resumes partial postal deliveries to Risca residents after safety concerns
Caerphilly Observer Residents in Risca are still without their post, nearly three months after the Royal Mail suspended deliveries. In June, the postal service refused to deliver mail to a number of addresses on Holly Road, Risca, over concerns for the safety of its workers.
