Royal Mail share price: Ofcom approves group request for Boxing Day USO exception

The USO requires Royal Mail to deliver post six days a week to every address in the UK for the same price. The FTSE 100-listed group was previously granted an exception by the previous regulator, Postcomm, when Boxing Day fell on Saturday in 2009.
