The Communication Workers Union (CWU) has called on members who collect, sort and deliver parcels to take strike action over four days. Royal Mail has apologised ahead of the action for the disruption this will cause.
The company ‘will do everything’ they can to minimise disruption and get services ‘back to normal as quickly as possible’. Customers are to expect significant disruption due to the strike action.
