Royal Mail taking on 19000 staff to handle Christmas postbags

The jobs will be created across the UK, mainly to help sort the Christmas mail, and will run from mid-November until early January. Royal Mail will recruit around 14,000 workers across England, 1,340 in Scotland, 560 in Wales and 550 in Northern Ireland.
