A ROW has erupted between a Hoddesdon shop owner and the Royal Mail over a festive replica postbox. Robert Wheatley placed the full-sized novelty fibreglass postbox outside his shop Christmas Cracker in Fawkon Walk two weeks ago, spending £400.
