Royal Mail: Views on price of first-class stamps and service

We all expect a better service since first-class stamps have risen in price twice in six months.

I’ve had to write important letters to a contact in Hertfordshire on five occasions hoping it would reach the destination very soon.

I sent them first-class every time and posted them on Monday mornings at 11am.

They have reached Hertfordshire on Friday at 12.30pm.

So I’m rating Royal Mail one out of 10 which is a very poor service for the price we pay for a stamp.

This is no more than utterly disgusting.

If I had used second-class maybe it would have reached its destination quicker!
