Royal Mail is seeing delays to “some tracking events in a small number of destinations,” they said.
Their advice to customers, as they continue to work to solve the issue, is to visit royalmail.com/sending/international/overseas-postal-tracking for more information.
Some people, however, may not be able to see their tracking information online. If this happens, it will likely be available on the overseas’ posts tracking websites.
When sending an item internationally that requires a customs declaration, Britons need to purchase postage online, “through shipping solutions or over the counter at Post Office branches rather than using stamps or meters,” Royal Mail explained.
